The Best Laid Plans of Mice, Men and Beakers

Todays hiring selection broke with every previous model. The sole factor appears to have been senoirity even in a lesser job. Thus none of my friends made the cut. The PC Princess and crew who ratted me out in an effort to remove the competition also got nowhere. Thus people who have never done the job at all were selected over people who are currently doing the job. This makes absolutely no sense but it is the government.

They are advising people in my predicament take a lesser job for two years with no possibility of a pay raise. Then take the writing test again and you may get selected
to do the job you are currently doing and have been evalusted as sucsessful.

Previously virtually anyone who passed the test was assured of getting a job. Now there are around fifty people in my predicament. Washington remains a longshot but I will have to keep my eyes on the districts.

I will resume normal posts after this.

Still Building the New Site

I am intending to use this site more as a community forum. The Beak Speaks will have the rough and tumble posts we are familiar with.

This site is more private and reserved for the philosophical. This is where we will debate the nature of man. This is where the esoteric questions that can never be answered will be debated.

This is also the place where we will discuss community gossip. We will discus the situation on the Autonomist that seems resolved. We will discuss John Brown and pains in the behind like Greg.

I am still building this site and anyone who desires a link to this site and has not been linked should let me know. I am aware of Possum, Amboy, Kyle and the Solid Surfer and I will add them going ahead.

This blog is more of an electronic bar than The Beak Speaks. The original name was Beakerkin's Electronic Bar but that has no ring. I do like the above title and my nephews Nicotine & Rock.

Beakerkin Mach 2

Welcome to my new beta site. The upgrades that blogger has added has made running your blog much easier.

For now the fun is still at the old site. However this blog is a work in progress.
